RETURN, REFUND , & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be sure to order the correct size for your child , if you have any sizing questions feel free to message me on the business page and I’ll gladly try my best to help you out. There is also a size chart for reference on each listing. I Will not exchange or return/refund for wrong sizing on your end. Once the order is placed I will not cancel the order. We have a BST group on FB your more then welcome to join to resell. If there is ever an error or garment issue from my end please make it known within 14 business days so I can accommodate you the best way that I can. After 14 days it will be by case bases simply because I am a one woman show and need to keep things moving forward. Items must be returned in like new condition no stains, smells , signs of wear etc. which ever way you choose to go about an issue I.e. return and exchange as soon as item is received the new item will be shipped. Same will apply for issuing refunds.
